fid12701The   Incredible Burt Wonderstone   is one of those films that you can sit back and watch without thinking too   much – the story is strong but simple, an there’s no boring bits. There’s a   very good pace to the film, which is tied nicely together with all the funny   bits. Although not a serious film, I seriously recommend it for a light and   refreshing slice of comedy.

The story centres   around magical duo Burt Wonderstone (Steve Carell), and Anton Marvelton (Steve   Buscemi) as they grow up doing magic together and get their big break when   they are accepted as a headline act. But when a street magician turns up and   starts to make their act look stale, this threatens their future and their   friendship.1aburtt3

With an all-star cast   line up including Steve Carell (The 40   Year Old Virgin, Crazy, Stupid Love), Olivia Wilde (Tron: Legacy, People Like Us), Steve Buscemi (Monsters, Inc. (voice), Grown Ups), Jim   Carrey (Bruce Almighty, Yes Man) and James Gandolfini (In The Loop, Zero Dark Thirty) this film is a lovely treat and is   sure to lift your spirits!

I’m tempted to see   this again before it leaves us!
